Be a part of a team with strong ambitions to grow the Global Account business disproportionately high. The account team positions, contracts and governs service delivery in enterprise and LoB solutions as well as managed services.


The Client Engagement Director holds and develops key contacts at its customers and orchestrates the account team to generate a continuous and profitable revenue stream. Your main tasks will include:


  ■ Build the account development strategy and align with the account team


  ■ Grow and maintain relationships to C-level and key customer contacts


  ■ Collaborate closely with internal key stakeholders


  ■ Own the account P&L and agree the commercial terms

Extensive SAP Solution Expertise


Ability to work independently with no supervision and guidance


Business strategy & issue awareness from executive perspective


Ability to communicate with all levels of management and employees


Ability to influence internal and external key stakeholders and to motivate people


Willingness to travel for 60%+


Fluent in English orally and in writing; and preferably other languages
