Position Description: The Solutions & Innovations Coordinator is responsible for fulfilling day-to-day Pre-Sales activities related to Managed Services (MS), Internal Operations, and iPI Opportunities. In this role he/she will be accountable for working directly with Account Executives and Operations to provide quality and timely delivery of statements of work (SOWs) including opportunity response support, presentations, and remote/on-site sales support.  In addition she/he will also be responsible for assigned operational initiatives.

The Solutions & Innovations Coordinator is responsible for working through designated Account Executives to best position the NTT Data Business Solutions (NTTD BS) solution portfolio to the NTTD BS Install Base and Net New opportunities. The Solutions & Innovations Coordinator will work to build relationships with decision makers among our customers as well as prospects. She/he will leverage these relationships to position and sell the NTTD BS value proposition and create/pursue new opportunities. He/she will be responsible for understanding, articulating, and presenting the NTTD BS value proposition under guidance and direction.

Duties and Responsibilities:  

  1. Pre-Sales Support
    1. Providing best-in-class response to standard RFPs (Request for Proposals), requests for MS solutions, and SOW creation.
      1. Including but not limited to implementing and managing RFP automation software.
    2. Accountable for executing Pre-Sales processes and exceeding customer expectations. 
    3. Fully understand the NTTD BS Services / MS Solution portfolio, SOW templates, pricing strategies, and approach for all MS solutions.
    4. Identify continuous improvement of Solutions & Innovations processes, templates, and tools
    5. Coordination with Account Executives for account management / business development
    6. Work with internal and external legal resources to secure Master Services Agreements and SOWs
    7. Writing and providing input into SOWs
    8. Ensure smooth hand-off from Solutions & Innovations to the Delivery organization, including resource allocation, staffing, and transition
    9. Work with Clients to design and present potential NTTD BS solutions, models, and costs; under guidance and with support
    10. Ensuring profitability targets are met and risks are mitigated on all contracts

 

  1. Budget and Revenue Planning
    1. Provide input into monthly revenue forecasting
    2. Provide input into the pricing models for MS opportunities
    3. Working with internal Operations and Finance teams to coordinate contracts and billing
    4. Working with internal Operations, Finance, and Delivery Organizations to proactively support management of MS Pre-Sales activities.
  2. Marketing, Solutions / Services Portfolio and Internal Communications
    1. Coordinate with marketing to execute internal communications
    2. Ensure consistent tools, templates and enablement are in-place for all Solutions & Innovations
    3. Contribute and align external marketing campaigns with revenue targets
    4. Maintenance and updates to digital assets
  3. Pre-Sales Operations and Projects
    1. Support definition and lead the execution of Pre-Sales operations initiatives
    2. Interface with global counterparts to help drive project collaboration and completion
    3. Develop strong knowledge of SAP Cloud for Sales (C4S), RFP automation tools, and other Sales/Pre-Sales support engines
    4. Support with Pre-Sales operations support tasks on an as needed basis

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree required
  2. Minimum 1-3 years SAP experience (implementing, working with, or as end-user)
  3. Ability to lead cross functional Discovery sessions
  4. Strong Communication and Customer interface skills
  5. Advanced MS Word, Excel and PDF skills

Preferred

  1. Business degree preferred; Advanced degree preferred       
  2. Cross functional SAP expertise with an ability to talk across the entire application
  3. Knowledge of Managed Cloud options to support SAP Landscapes including integration with Third Party Applications.
  4. Experience across multiple industries is a plus
  5. Project scoping, estimating, and planning experience a plus
  6. SAP support experience (Internal support role within client organization or as an external support consultant supporting multiple clients) is a plus
  7. SAP BASIS experience is a plus
  8. Experience in contract management and forecasting is a plus
  9. Experience with proposal and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses is a plus
  10. Experience in marketing/social media is a plus
