You will be a part of the Global Field Consulting (GFC) Team that drives projects and initiatives to improve our consulting business aiming at increasing consulting quality, streamlining approaches across countries and developing consultants in their respective fields.

The initiative "S/4HANA transition Methodology" aims to develop the global methodology and approcah how SAP customers can be moved from ECC to S/4HANA, embedded into a customer transformation roadmap.


  • Development of a methodology framework and content for each of teh releant building blocks including evaluation of offshore delivery packages
  • Collaboration with local contact persons in the bigger consulting practices
  • Collaboration with Industry and LoB expert teams, to include LoB solution
  • Roll out of the methodology and approach across countries and into the Global Account team

  • Profound Experience in SAP S/4HANA transition methodology & methodology development
  • Strong expertise in SAP Project Management and S4/HANA transitions project experience
  • Ability to work independently with no supervision and guidance plus highly developed communication skills
  • Ability to influence internal and external key stakeholders and build consensus
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
  • Willingness to travel
